the Honorable Flaw Picker

There are no monuments built to honor the flaw picker.

  • It is not spiritual maturity to pick out another’s flaws to elevate self. The fool speaks everything he/she thinks or feels.
  • It is Christ’s transforming power in a soul that relies on His strength, power, and submits to know when the tongue should speak or keep silent. The wise man or woman realizes their flesh is weak, their tongue has the power to pierce or give life, therefore, puts on the armor of God to be fueled by the power of God.

Remember to take the telephone poll out of your own eye before attempting to cast opinionated, unfounded, unfactual, unbiblical, self-gratified judgement upon another. You cannot see anyway. The splinter that pierces their eye is smaller than your beam (Matthew 7:5; Luke 6:42).

In Christ I am SHE {Saved. Hopeful. Empowered.}

How do Your Lips Move?

Psalm 130

“Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord. Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, That You may be feared. I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, and in His word do I hope. My soul waits for the Lord more than the watchmen for the morning; Indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning. O Israel, hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is lovingkindness, and with Him is abundant redemption. And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

You cannot walk in holiness and lie or should we say, you cannot habitually live a lifestyle of lying and claim holiness.

God wants Truth.

God knows the heart of man, but we do well to examine our own heart before Him.

Lest I be unclear, people (those saved or unsaved) do not get away with lying lips or heart. God will deal with the deceitful and lying lips.

Walking in God’s Truth is a demonstration of our love, our commitment to God. Guard against lying lips.

In Christ I am SHE {Saved. Hopeful. Empowered.}

Psalm 130

  • You cannot walk in holiness and lie.
  • God wants Truth.
  • People never get away with sin. It will catch up. God will deal with it in His time.

Walking in holiness is a demonstration of our love, commitment, and obedience to Christ.

  • Guard against lying lips.

In Christ I am SHE {Saved. Hopeful. Empowered.}
