To Think

I don’t know about you, but lately there is much to think about. The news is filled with virus talk, death, infections and political agenda’s.

People are grieving the loss of their loved ones, others struggle to live, and many fear they will be next.

To think is inevitable. Thoughts will come, but what we do with them is imperative.

We have been given in Scripture key elements on what or how to think — having a godly thought process.

Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]” Philippians 4:8.

We cannot stop a thought from entering our mind, but we can capture that thought and act upon Philippians 4:8. The choice is ours.

Circumstances don’t change Philippians 4:8; Philippians 4:8 should embolden us to thrive.

In Christ I am SHE {Saved. Hopeful. Empowered.}
