Sometimes the Word of God givers me shivers. This is one of those times.
The shock wave that rippled throughout my soul was the Lord’s graciousness, power, mighty act of control and compassionate grace to me this morning, to this world, in the next, and in the lives of others that it has brought me to a sobbing feast.
Sobs…that God has seen. God has heard. God will take care of it. God is taking care of it. God loves me, those who have been affected, and those I call family, because God is just. Thank you God! I think I had lost hope in that and I am truly sorry, please forgive me.
God is in control. There are some horrendous, sorrowful and wicked things that happen here on Earth; to the saved and to the unsaved, committed by the saved and the unsaved alike. One ought never to be (that is another topic) while the other –without Christ you live as such.
Believer, don’t give up hope in God. Keep the faith. Stand strong in His mighty power and strength even when you ‘feel’ like you cannot take it one more day, because ‘you’ can’t, but in Christ you can!
- Walk in obedience to Christ –even when you don’t understand what God is doing or not doing.
- Do right (God’s rightness) –even when it is hard or when it costs you something; for to do God’s rightness far outweighs any other fleshly compensation you may receive.
- Trust — God is not man. God is God, therefore, when He says, He will never leave you nor forsake you (Heb. 13;5), he it is that doth go with thee; (Deut. 31:6) it is Truth. God will never treat you as you have known man to do. God will take care of you. You may wonder, wonder no more! If God is first and foremost in your life, He will take care of you! He has not forgotten –you or anyone else (Jeremiah 20:11)!
In Christ I am SHE {Saved. Hopeful. Empowered.}
