*there are a few words in this video that I wouldn’t use myself nor encourage others to use, but the message is clearly needed…we need to wake up!
In My Seat — a personal true story of a Pilot that should have been flying a plane on September 11th… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLj4akmncsA
To forget is to say our fellow Americans died in vain…weather on a plane or in a tower, on the ground or in the Pentagon, on the field of Pennsylvania or as a responder. It also says our military lives don’t matter. I think not!
All those who gave of themselves sacrificially (including their families) to save others that day or over the past eighteen years, I choose not to forget. I may not know them personally, but they are my fellow Americans.
We cannot nor should we allow the enemy to return or infiltrate our country from within. We’d be fools to do so, we’d disgrace America and those who sacrificed for it. Do not their lives matter?
- We owe them our rememberance.
- We owe them our gratitude.
- We owe them our commitment to stand for righteousness and justice.
- We owe them our focus that one nation under God is indivisible; that one nation under God brings liberty and justice for all.
- We owe them our sacrifice. To live free and prosperous means to live selflessly as individuals and as a nation.
- We owe God, above all, our life. Living out our lives in gratitude thanksgiving for His protection and care for us.
May we live out 2 Chronicles 7:14.
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
