In the “have it your way-right away” world we live in ” pauses” aren’t usually a welcomed site to behold, are they?
But pauses in life are indeed places meant to strengthen our vertical resolve, not weaken our faith.
So my friend, when your next pause comes…welcome it! For that “pause” just may be your next victorious battle won in Christ. Embrace!

Amen. Abraham was 75 years old when he left Haran (Gen. 12:1-4). It would be another 25 years before Abraham and Sarah would have Isaac (Gen. 17:15-21). Both Abraham and Sarah learned much during those 25 years of waiting on the Lord. Thank you for the encouragement.

Amen! Yes indeed, 25 yrs of learned-God-waiting surely must have molded them as individuals as well as a couple. Praise the Lord that this was an encouragement to your soul!
