Blindness Remedy

• I came across this today and it stopped me in my tracks. Such blindness doesn’t happen over night. It is a progression of “no’s” (rejections of God’s tug on our hearts to do or not do), a decision made against the One we call, our Lord and Savior.
• This is a warning to all of us who call Jesus, Lord.
  • To be careful.
  • To be wise.
  • Be vigilant because our advisory, the devil, is roaming this world seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).
• Not to fear, Christ has a remedy as well:
  • Be cross-centered minded.
  • Be Christ-focused in every deed and word.
  • Be God-centered in this life, period.
  • To put on Christlikeness because we love Him so.
  • Colossians 3:17; Ephesians 5:1; 1 Corinthians 11:1; John 15:9-11; 1 Peter 2:21; Matthew 6:33.

Sin is sin. There is no getting around that. May today we choose Christ above everything. And tomorrow, choose all over again! And again. And again, until you and I see our Savior’s face in glory!
